Elucidations from a vagrant soul ...

Untitled

I'm a sinner in love with the King of the Universe. I am wholeheartedly undeserving and I'm simply trying to be the vessel I was created to be. I want to love with zeal but often find it getting caught between my ribs. Simply put, I'm human and I'm more than graciously saved from the troubles and cares of that burden.

In honor of the Olympics! And JWilliams!

the olympic fanfare and theme | john williams

It probably goes without saying that John Williams is the most prolific composer of his generation.  From movies to television, maestro Williams has scored productions large (Star Wars, Superman, Jaws, Jurassic Park, and more) and small (themes to Amazing Stories, Fiddler on the Roof, and more).

Williams composed the themes for four Olympics: the 1988 Summer Games in Seoul; the 1996 Summer Games in Atlanta; the 2002 Winter Games in Salt Lake City; and this, the first and grandest work of all, and probably the one most people - most Americans, anyway - identify with the Olympic Games.

You can find more of John Williams’s music at my other site, Movie Score(s) A Day!

Amen.
